Terms and Conditions
Minimum : $ 500 Trade , $700 Dealer

Discounts: 5 % on any single shipment over $3,000 10 % on any single shipment over $5,000
Initial Orders Must be pre-paid with a check or credit card (VISA, MC, AMX, Discover)
Net 30 : May be established with credit approval after an initial order - banking and trade references required. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) will be charged on all past due accounts over 30 days. If collection is necessary, customer is liable for all associated fees. Net accounts may be factored.
Back Orders : We attempt to ship all orders complete, yet we cannot always do so due to seasonal demands and manufacturing considerations. Back orders will be included as part of a subsequent order by request only.
Cancellations/Returns : Notice of cancellation in writing is required within ten (10) days of date on written orders. Merchandise refused or returned without authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return freight charges.

Services Liftgate, inside delivery, etc. require additional charges. Additionally, upcharges may apply to remote areas or extremely populated areas (ie. Cape Cod , NY City, Key West, etc.)

Method All shipments must ship via common carrier. Please be prepared to accept palletized shipments averaging 1000 pounds. TAILGATE UNLOADING IS STANDARD AND YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. LIFTGATE SERVICE IS NOT STANDARD AND, IF REQUESTED, CHARGES WILL APPLY. Customers without loading dock access commonly sign for goods and allow the shipper to cut bands and help unload the shipment piece by piece.
Receiving Tips It is the customers responsibility to inspect the shipment for damages. These must be noted on the receiving bill. The recipient must notify us of any damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery

Elegant Earth products are appropriate for indoor or outdoor use. Items that can accumulate water should be properly winterized. Ideally, planters, fountains, and birdbaths should be emptied and stored inside. If this is not possible, empty containers and elevate them slightly on treated wood strips. Items that do not have drain holes should be elevated and upended. Elegant Earth finishes give each piece a unique Old World appearance and weathering will only enhance the beauty of each and every one!
